Cooking is a whole experience. From deciding what to eat, to asking for the recipe, buying the ingredients, following each step, serving the final dish, and sharing with your loved ones (or enjoying it on your own), it's an event worth sharing. Let's be honest, even if you're cooking only for yourself, you always take a picture of what you made. Don't pretend you don't. Show it proudly; the world deserves to see your creation.

Sometimes everything goes as planned, but sometimes it doesn't. You forget an ingredient, you overcook something, or realize halfway through that you've been doing the recipe wrong. So there's always a mix of excitement and unpredictability, and it certainly gives you stories to laugh about later. And even if you've cooked the same dish your whole life, you still hope it tastes as good as it did the last time.

In my house, I improvise all the time. Sometimes I'm too lazy to go buy a missing ingredient, so I just adapt the recipe with whatever ingredients are available. Let's say my cooking style is budget-friendly and highly resourceful. I can't promise you'll eat like royalty, but you'll definitely be fed.

I do have my go-to good dishes, but I save them for special occasions. I don't always feel like cooking something elaborate; I don't really enjoy going through the process as many people do. So I usually get by with my noble soldiers (frozen meals) and then cook something nice when a friend comes over.
